Is your IBDP teen working hard but still feeling overwhelmed or stuck?

The Aha Study Programme helps IBDP students build structure, manage their workload, and study in ways that actually work.

Delivered through weekly guided sessions in the Aha Study Hub, where students are supported and don’t have to figure this out alone.

How Aha! works

1. Understand what is not working
We identify what is getting in the way, whether that is overwhelm, difficulty getting started, poor time management, or not knowing how to study effectively for the IBDP.

2. Build a simple system
Students learn how to plan their time, break down IBDP tasks, stay focused, and use study strategies that actually work. The aim is a clear, realistic system that they can follow each week.

3. Follow through with support
Through weekly guided sessions in the Aha! Study Hub, students take action, stay consistent, and reflect on what is working so they can improve week by week.

Over time, this builds structure, confidence, and independence.

Students are not left to figure this out on their own.
